大家有什么类似的经验一定要写出来，打击骗子让他们无处藏身，这种“Bank to Bank 100% D/P payment”100% D/P at sight“的方式一定要警惕！！
Dear Sir,We acknowledge with many thanks the receipt of your e-mail message, contents of which we have gone through and well noted, infact your products is the main line of our business.But note that before we could proceed on our transaction with your firm, or confirm what we need to import, we like to iron out the payment term.Kindly note that according to the rule and regulation guiding the Importation here in Nigeria, we like to let you know that the Government only accept payment by D/P which means Bank to Bank 100% D/P payment.The reason is that we just back to civilian regime, the past military ruler has ruining our Economic, while the new Administration (Civilian Regime) discover that the past Military ruler ruining the Economic through Importation system, which means the past Military ruler pretend as if they want to import into this country and when the money is been transfer, the money shall divert to their private account, so the new Government want to build our Economic to normal as before, and they insist that non upfront payment is allow this time, that any importation should gone through the normal process with fact that the importer need to import before payment could made, which means when you prepare the invoice on 100% D/P we shall forward the invoice to our banker here in Nigeria, the bank shall deduct the invoice value amount from our account and kept it into suspence account, and approved form "M" for us in your favour, we shall then send you copy of this form "M" shown that the bank has approved the Foreign Exchange Allocation in the invoice value amount, then copy shall forward to inspection Agent, this inspection Agent shall come to your office personally to inspect the consignment, to see that we really want to import into this country, and when they have see the fact, the inspection Agent shall issue Certificate in your favour, this shall given to you, and you will attached copy of this certificate with the shipping document and send the document to our banker, immediately the bank see the original shipping document and copy of certificate from inspection Agent in your country, the money shall release into your account immediately, then the bank shall release the shipping document to us, in other to clear the consignment without problems, we hope you understand us clearly, while we assure you in confidence that there is no any problem regarding this payment, since it is bank to bank transaction.So immediately we hear from you that you consider our payment term, we shall place our order without problem and give you details of what we need.Best RegardsMarktronics Nigeria Company.
